You can go to _www.tax.utah.gov_ (http://www.tax.utah.gov)  and we  what 
Vintage personalized plates (5 characters max) are available. I  just checked 
and ordered two (non vintage can be up to 7 characters)  Some  combos of 
letters and numbers aren't allowed, something to do with truck  plates.  I 
ordered 59Bnz for my vintage and Targa 4 for my non vintage and  checked with 
the above web site first to see if they were available.
