[Bmcu] 52 TD Issue

Has car sat for awhile?  Do not park your car long term with the hand brake on, moisture can have your brake linings rust to the drum.  Any sign of leaky wheel cylinders or axle seals (back of tires wet)?  Brake fluid and oil can swell linings on brake shoes.  Good luck!

Car its running good.  Problem is, usually in neutral, you can move the car freely forward and back.  Car now is very hard to push forward and back?  Won't roll freely/easily?  Do not hear any unusual noises?
