Hi Bob, Take the park break of and try that. If you have blocks under the tires it will also be hard to move. Back to the problem: The rear brake shoes could be against the drums. Try pulling on the park brake and the let it off, a couple of times. Check to see if the cables are tight when the park break is off. Rock the car back and forth.

Car its running good. Problem is, usually in neutral, you can move the car freely forward and back. Car now is very hard to push forward and back? Won't roll freely/easily? Do not hear any unusual noises?
