[Bmcu] Steamboat trip

Hey, Drew, don't forget your guitar!

I will second Drew's comment regarding the good times on a BMCU tour. Jill and I have been on the last three (twice to Torrey, UT and last year to Moab) and we believe these tours to be the crown jewel of the Club. Don't worry about breaking down. First, you have the rest of the group who will pitch in to help get you going again, and Second, we've all had problems when on a Tour. That should be no surprise since we're all driving British cars. DUH!

If you aren't certain if you can make it, I recommend that you make your reservations, see how things shake out, then you can either have a Tour that will put a smile on your face or cancel and have to listen to the rest of us tell stories about the trip for the rest of the year. :-)

So as the infomercials are always telling us, "Just pick up that phone and call today. Operators are standing by."

Hope to see you in May on the BMCU Steamboat Tour. Hey that's kind of catchy. How about some T-shirts!!

Roger D

If you haven't made your reservation, what are you waiting for? This will be a great trip, Jim's got us some nice hotel options (see the member's page - http://www.bmcutah.org/members/ - for info, password: Lucas). Jenny and I have gone on the last couple Memorial Day trips and have really enjoyed it, you should come too!

I did hear at the tech. party that there were more thinking of going, please let me know. I am changing the route a little, we will start at Einstein Bagels on 3923 S Wasatch Blvd, Holladay and go up I-80 this will save us about 40 min. since this drive is a little longer it will give us more time to get in more pit stops for some of US. there has been some interest in stopping for a brief rest at the Dinosaur State Park in Vernal maybe pickup a sack lunch and take a stroll to stretch our confined legs. Let me know.
