[Bmcu] Gas Tank Clean/Re-seal

Roger,

When I did the gas tank on my XK140 I used a tank etch and coat kit from 
POR-15. It seemed to work fine, though I wasn't able to make a detailed 
internal inspection after I was done.

Don't know who does this sort of thing professionally, but it's easy 
enough to do yourself in my experience.
