You might consider using MOSS's Vintage Style Chrome Air Cleaners 223-200, page A24 Fall/Winter Catalog. You may need to do a little grinding on your intake manifold to open it up to the new carb throats and smooth out the air flow by eliminating any roughness and casting flaws inside the manifold.

I have installed TD mrk II carbs on my TD (went from 1-1/4  to 1-1/2  carbs), and am looking for a air intake manifold (goes from filter to carbs) for a mkII.  it looks similar to the original air intake, but is slightly larger for the 1 1/2  carbs. Anyone know where I might locate one.
