Good and inexpensive might be an oxy moron, but you could get a price from  
Dale Hancock 801-569-8861 I have used him a couple times and have been very 
 pleased with his work but I wouldn't call him inexpensive but you have to 
decide  how good of a job will you be satisfied with. Also have used Rags to 
Riches,  they are in the phone book. Upholstery is like good vs not so good 
paint &  body work how good of a job do you want?  My experience is you pay 
 accordingly and it is a person decision. I assuming you are buying a  seat 
kit and the upholsterer is installing it.
