We are planning a get together sometime in the near future for all the people
interested in going to the MG meet in Reno in June. We would like to see how
many are interested in caravaning as a group andB getting a plan on hotel
reservations. We are planning on a two day drive each way (to allow for some
slower cars) so several of us already have reservations in ElyB on June 12 and
June 17.B Anyone who is interestedB please send me an email and I will be sure
you are informed about any future plans.B

Hi John, I plan on going, I have been working on my TD and hope to have it
drivable by end of May.  I'm planning on towing my little teardrop trailer
behind the TD and sleeping in it.  If my TD isn't ready for the trip I will
have to tow it there.

 I am in need of an MGB grill.  Not a pristine piece by any means just one
that I can use for the outside chrome part.  Don't need the grill teeth or
the center part with the MG emblem.  Maybe you have one you replaced that is
not so nice.  It might serve my needs quite well.  Any help will be
appreciated.

	I was organizing the garage the other day, and realized that I have the
pretty much complete HS4 setup that needs a home. I converted my '71 MGB to a
Mikuni/Solex sidedraft setup last year, and the intake, HS4 parts, etc.. are
sitting in a box. The HS4's were pretty gummed up after sitting in a garage
since 1984, but  I cleaned the parts while I was working on the engine. The
needles are worn, the throttle shafts and bushings will probably need to be
replaced. Other than that, everything looked like it was in pretty good shape.
They are currently disassembled.

	Make offer on any or all of it. I can send pictures, if people are
interested. I wasn't sure if this was something everyone had three of in a
box, and therefore wasn't in demand. Whatever it's worth to you. I'd rather a
local club member get some use out of them than list them on eBay.

Check out the Autojumble section on the British Motor Club of Utah website. You can draft and email your ad to the webmaster and it will run for, I think, six months at no charge. Thanks for thinking of the BMCU. There are some TR4 owners in the club that may well need some parts.

I love go to these sessions because you never know who will be there or what 
you will see.  This was my first time to the Meadowbrook facility and so 
almost all of the cars were new to me, as were a lot of the people who 
attended.  The big surprise for me was that the young man that was building 
the Dual-Gia worked for and did a large part of the disassembly and paint 
removal for my 1936 Hudson Stratton Sport Saloon when he worked for Rust to 
Rods.  I had a great time speaking to him about my car and the experiences 
that he had with it before I acquired the car.  When Dwayne was talking 
about his "Elvis Presley" 1960 Custom Thunderbird Roadster I commented that 
I had one back in the early 60's.  He commented that he could not afford one 
when he was a teenager.  Perhaps this is one of the reasons that his 
collection appeals so much to me personally...
