Message-ID: <1181752085.205214.1291562079011.JavaMail.root@sz0078a.emeryville.ca.mail.comcast.net> The January tech session will be held at Meadowbrook Restorations on Saturday the 29 at 10:00 am. Wayne has a very interesting collection of cars that is old/newer, restored/original and muscle car/one of a kind. If you have not been here before, take the Kaysville exit no 328 and go west. You will be on 200 North. There is a light at the bottom of the new railroad overpass, go through the light and at the next stop sign (Angel Street about 1/2mile down 200 north) you will see Meadowbrook Restorations right in front of you. The enteance is normally open on the north side of the parking lot in front of the large metal building. The address is 181 North Angel Street. The Jaguar club has requested to join us so hopefully we will have a good showing for our third tour. Hope to see everyone there and have a good day! However, I can't. I do have a vintage MGA steering wheel that I would like to pass on to someone who will use it properly. The wheel seems to be in good shape and I would like it to be used on an MGA. Please get the word out to your club members and I will gladly pass this along to a good home. NO CHARGE. Well, good news--as of yesterday, it has!! The site is MG2011.com, and you can take care of registering for the event as well as for the hotel at that one site. This is the only place where you can register. Please go to it, look it over, and if you have any questions about it or about registering, or any problems with doing so, please let me or Gary Kennedy know. You can reach me at emgeeguy at aol.com or 805-937-3784 or cell at 805-268-6449. Gary can be reached at 925-548-7972. I have attached a PDF file that gives specific instructions for the GoF West folks, as well as some hints about the process. Thanks for waiting! Look for the next Gazette early next year. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas. I was driving South on I-15 around five just West of Hill Air Force Base and came upon a very nice MG Midget (mid 70's) in a tomato red, top down, windows up, driver in a nice British Racing Cap doing a bit of top-down driving and seeming to be enjoying life. Can it get any better than this?
