[Bmcu] Email List Change

You are probably wondering why you got a 'Welcome to the BMCU mailing
list' message.  Don't be alarmed, nothing sinister is going on, it is 
just that I
am in the process of switching over mailing lists from the majordomo
list management software to mailman.  The change should be beneficial
to the average subscriber, managing your subscription should be more
web friendly now, unlike the majordomo email interface.

Hopefully the change will be seamless, but I'll keep an eye on things
for the next few days to see how it goes.
