[Bmcu] HELP!

Can some out there recommend a good mech. or Co that repairs British 
cars. In particular my Sunbeam Alpine. My Speedometer is way off. 75 MPH 
on the freeway it shows 55 MPH.  The speedometer was replaced several 
years ago and the car was never driven except around town and very 
little at that, also I need a blower motor replaced.
