[Alpines] 3rd Gear pop out

Walt,

The common consensus is that a worn third gear bushing causes a wobble 
when not transmitting torque through the gear
that causes the dogs to pop out of gear.

The primary fix will be to rebush third gear and hone for the 
transmissions third gear journal running clearance.
I would also be sure the dogs and sliding member is good, the dog 
detents in good shape as well as making sure the syncro teeth are sharp 
and unworn.
