[Alpines] Window lift

After replacing side window seals I have difficulties to replace windows and
adjust lift movement. Windows are in situ, but when lift moves up and down
windows want to move fore and after. When adjusting U rails at rear of the
door, window tilts and stop moving. There must be some common wisdom I dont
know?
