[Alpines] Trouble on EBAY

I love using Paypal because it's the only way I know of to use a credit card 
when paying for stuff from private sellers on eBay.  I've had a couple 
instances where I either didn't receive the item, and when the seller was 
less than accommodating, I simply called VISA rather than dealing with 
Paypal and got immediate satisfaction from them.
