Lauri,
eBay has an info page on the usual scams. It might be worth a read  
before you have anything more to do with this guy. That way if he  
tries on one of the scams, you will be wise to it.

The feedback ratings seems to be a good initial guide. Plenty of  
positive feedback mean he's done right by others. However, past  
performance cannot guarantee this time I guess.
