[Alpines] heater control

A couple of years ago I rebuild my heater valve. All or some rubber parts
fell in pieces, if I remember correct. I cleaned metal pieces with soda and
vinegar + brass brush, then made scissor-work to create new seals. I might
have used a common O-ring from a cheap "selection-of-O-rings-box".

Anyway, I was first sure that valve is imposseble to repair, and then it
worked fine.

You MUST UNDERSTAND that you can not rebuild a control valve, if original is
missing. In case someone tries to rebuild a missing, lost or vanished valve,
he can not ask me to pay his costs which are due to rebuilding a valve that
has been totally missing during this operation.

At late 60`s government paid under heat to Control huge sums about some
missing valves, but unfortunately mr. Maxwell Smart found those. That car
was pretty pretty, tough.
