When driving and come to a stop the idle is high, around 1,100 RPM.? Blipping the throttle does nothing, but if i quickly pull the choke out and push it back in it drops to around 800 RPM and stays there. However, for some reason the locking has stopped working. His moves very freely and will return to all-the-way-in unless held by something.
