<DIV>First: Dale's right. If yo had to add fluid and re-bleed the system
after you'd just bled it, where did the fluid go? The clutch hydraulic
system is very short so it won't be hard to find. Make sure you pull back
the carpet in the foot well and check the master cylinder inside the
firewall. That's where you're most likely to see the leak.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>If, when you say you added fluid, you really mean that you re-bled it
just for the sake of trying it gain, and you are certain that there is no
fluid leak or air in the system, then the hydraulic system is not the
problem and the clutch most probably is. I wrote a lengthy posting about
this a few months ago in response to someone's similar symptoms: Clutch
works OK when it's cold, but fails when it gets warm. The problem, barring
a hydraulic issue, is the clutch pressure plate. They've been known to
fail when they get hot due to poor metallurgy. I know of what I
speak...trust me. </DIV>

guys,<BR>Anybody on-list close enough to come to North/Western NC next
weekend? The Triumph Club of the Carolinas annual event 'The

It's a 3 day event, but Friday is mostly a self-guided tour around some
nice mountain and foot-hill back roads and Sunday morning is a really fun
auto-cross. The main car show is all day Saturday of course. Just to be
clear, this is April 15, 16, & 17. The vineyard is about 10 miles
south of the NC/VA line on I-77.<BR><BR><BR>Maybe reply if you might be
