Bob – Check that thread size again. 7/16 SAE UNF thread is 20 Threads per Inch.  There is a 7/16-24 thread size listed in the McMaster-Carr catalog but I’m not sure if that is what you want.

I’ve looked “everywhere” and cannot find a 7/16-24 thread chaser tap to clean out the block holes. I assume I’m correct about the 7/16-24 size.
