Hi James,

That’s probably him, or another former email address. As I understood at
the time, he reluctantly removed many of his instructional documents
because of liability concerns. For sometime after he removed the articles,
there was a site that enabled access to such “removed” documents. In the TR
world, I’m grateful to all who have helped me, but in particular experts
such as Dick Taylor and Randall.
