The lug nuts are not all NOS. I was only able to get 6 NOS ones even back then. They are included as well as a full set of repro ones. Also, I installed a 1/4" cross bolt in the fork, the dowel bolts, and am using a .75" master cyl. with an external spring (which requires free play adjustment 1-2 times annually. The diode assembly is replaceable but requires a pretty good soldering iron.? If you are not comfortable doing that I recommend replacing the alternator.
