You either have a bad clutch slave or master cylinder or the clutch fork pin has broken.  If pumping the clutch repeatedly makes it better then hydraulic.  You can look under the car (on a lift or well placed jack stands) and obseven the range of motion of the slave rod and lever it is attached to.  It should have a little play, but then keep moving through the whole clutch pedal depression.  If it doesn't once again hydraulics.  If it does appear to move all the way through the pedal depression it could be a broken pin.
