[6pack] Need Advice - Removing Window Frame

The shafts on the windshield frame are tapered. So they are tough to
free from the mounts. Additionally, the shafts and the inside s of the mounts
had some kine of sticky substance on them. Come folks have tightened 2 nuts on
to then ends of the threads on the shafts and used a drift and hammer to get
the shafts to budge in the mounts. Others have tried soaking in penetrating
oil.
