[6pack] Tire info request

Yes, OMG a question about tires   I purchased Rota RB 16x7 wheels.   They look
great and bolt right up on the 6 after I bought the tuner nuts and special
socket.

Tire sizing.   What are my options here?  I've heard that 205-60-16
will work.   
Will 205-55-16 be effective?

Recommendations appreciated.  
Different world in this size from the old 
15x5.5.   H speed rating and even V
commonly available.    I admit that my 
tire/wheel knowledge is limited.
