Steve, If your TR isn't starting until you release the key, it sounds like you may have a wire in the wrong place on your ignition switch. Mine did this until I picked up a copy of Dan Master's book and traced my wiring connections. As soon as I corrected my connections, the car started as normal. Mike Corvallis, OR
