I am having some headlight and other lighting issues with my '70 TR-6. All my 
exterior lighting plus the radio have failed. There are 2 relays next to the wiper 
motor and the lower relay I suspect to be the culprit as it is making some strange 
noises when I try the flasher. I did not think the lights fed off a relay but I could be 
wrong. I think the upper relay is for the horn which works fine as well as the rest of 
the electrics on the car. Does this lower relay have anything to do with the 
symptoms? Thanks for any help.
