[6pack] Ban on Aftermarket exhaust systems?

    Saw this interesting pending Utah legislation on the SEMA web site.

        A move to ban anything but OEM style exhaust systems. Not sure what
the reasoning is (noise? emissions?) but SEMA seems concerned.
