This list is great --- thanks for all the info and suggestions.

One of the longtime list members offered to lighten the flywheel for me at 
a reasonable cost and
it makes a lot more sense to have a knowledgeable machinist than a 
friendly, ignorant one.

Contact me directly if you want to know who (ensuring I don't violate the 
non-commercial intent of the list).

Also, the list member pointed out that the flywheel fits in a USPS flat 
rate box, so 2-day delivery is only $10.  Wow.
