Hi,

I'm pretty sure that the late flywheel is 28 pounds stock and the early 
flywheel is 4 or 5 pounds less in stock form.

Get rid of as much mass on the outer edge as you can. This is where the 
most benefit can be derived.

Think "polar moment".
