Ken,
         I had mine duplicated by a local sign shop(staten island n.y.). I
gave them the original dash. I assume they took a picture and fed that into
the software to generate the decal. The decal was somewhat tedious to install
given it's delicate structure. I had to go through a few before success, so if
you find a sign shop have them make a bunch for you. Mine has been on the car
for over two years and still looks new. If all else fails, I may have an extra
that I can send you.
