Doug,

I didn't see anyone answer your question directly - the thread took off
on a tangent pretty quickly.  I'm not the original owner of my car
(couldn't convince dad to buy it for me when I was eight...), but I
think I've got the original keys.  Here's how they are marked:

  ignition/cubby/trunk:  UN/18    UNION
  door:  F68/YT

In both cases, the markings are in a circle, with the first group of
digits above the second.  The word UNION on the ignition key is in a
rectangle
