[6pack] Urethane or not?

I an doing a little rear parts:
  New springs (TRF "hi-perf?"), Conversion KYD shocks, hoses,
  Alpine rear wheel cylinder, Brembo rears, Good adjustable
  trailing arm brackets....
   
  I bought my urethanes and steel (TRF, HP154) in 2004.
  I took off the TAs and cleaned their. The urethanes the
  holes in the middle are not round, there sort of oval now.
   
  Is there anyway to correct this problem or 
  do I need to replace them?  And shoud I get urethane, Prothane
  or Nylatron?  (I'm not a racer or autox.)
