Make sure the gas is being pumped into the carbs (check by lifting the
pistons, whilst someone is turning the starter for you), then use some
starter fluid. If it ran in September and it sat the entire time, there is
probably a little varnish build up somewhere. Starter fluid is dangerous. Be
careful please. Don't ask how I know. 

I put stabil in every year, run the car for 10 minutes before putting it
away. Never had an issue.
