I don't know how the length of the throw on a .75 (early) clutch MC compares
with the later.70 diameter clutch.  I do know from experience that the early
.75 clutch requires more pressure than the later .70 clutch so I think you
have the story reversed.  The later model is easier on your leg than the early
model.
