[6pack] Flywheel Lightening

Happy New Year folks......

While I have my engine and tranny out I hope to have my flywheel lightened
and balanced. I seem to recall that there are "dangers" in taking too much
weight off relative to impacting drivability. 

Can someone enlighten (sorry.....bad pun) me as to what is an acceptable
flywheel weight for a "daily driver". 

I also found this one on eBay ( http://tinyurl.com/2dplo8 ). Any comments on
this product?
