Usually a shimmy at a particular speed like that is tire and wheel out of balance as others have said. I have even had a shimmy around that speed after a wheel balance and since I had a long trip to take and not much time, I took it back and ask them to rebalance. Turns out they had been a little hasty on the first balance and after the second balance the shimmy was gone for good. Jim
