Dennis Riley

I have a video tape copy of a home movie shot at Cumberland Airport of an 
SCCA race in 1964, I believe. The movie focus is on a black or dark TR4 #12 
and it's cowboy-hatted crew. From looking at the Cumberland Race Photo 
Archive website, I believe the driver of TR4 #12 is Dennis Riley.

Is this the same Dennis Riley who was president of VTR or a fellow with the 
same name?
