                              VENDOR/AUTOJUMBLE GUIDELINES
_______________________________________________________________________________
 
Please find listed below the general guidelines for the 1997 VTR National
Convention vendor/autojumble:
 
 1.  Autojumble:
      .  Fee is $5 per space
      .  Located on site, Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM, Note: Concours
         dElegance/Participants Choice
         8:30 AM - 12 PM adjacent to Autojumble/vendor area
      .  Set up begins at 9 AM, Tear down ends at 5 PM
      .  Approximately 36 spaces available, first come, first served
 
 2.  Vendor Outdoor Area:
     .  One time $50 fee for up to 3 spaces plus a donation of a door
        prize/auction item(s) valuing $10 or more, $10 per space
        for each additional space
     .  Located on site, Thursday - Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM, Note: Concours
        dElegance/Participants Choice
        8:30 AM - 12 PM adjacent to Autojumble/vendor area
     .  Set up begins at 9 AM on Thursday, Tear down ends at 5 PM on Saturday
     .  Approximately 20 spaces available, first come, first served
 
 3.  No outside power will be provided.
 
 4.  Generators are allowed but must be shut down between 9 PM and 8 AM.
 
 5.  Vendor Indoor Area:
      .  4 rooms (air-conditioned) still available, each room holds 7 - 10
         tables (The Roadster Factory has already committed to 4 rooms)
      .  Fee schedule as follows:
         $15 per table for one day
         $25 per table for two days
         $30 per table for three days
         Vendors committing to three days have priority over those committing
         to two days or one day
      .  Vendors requiring an entire room or more should contact Steve Grimes
         (information listed below)
 
 6.  Areas must be kept neat and clean at all times.
 
 7.  Signs will be posted at the registration and information areas listing the
vendors attending.
