The quarterly VTR publication, with the VTR '95 Registration form, is in the
mail to all members.

Since it is shipped bulk rate from Michigan, I would expect delivery time
will vary from state to state.  The Canadian members should be getting it
quite soon since it is mailed first class to non-US locations.
