So, I am a stage commander for ~8 klms of rally course thru my town. How did
I manage this!!! Anyone familiar with the Targa Newfoundland Rally? It is
based on one held in Tasmania every year. 65 cars, 2100 klms, ~500 at speed.
I have been tasked to organize about 100 volunteers for 65 cars. Details are
