A friend has a enlarged 1275 Metro block, engined Bugeye w/ Nissan 5 spd and
3.7 or 3.9 gear. He says he cruises at 70 and 3200 RPM. Sounds more hiway
friendly than my Elan and looks pretty much like stock.

If a person had a Morris Minor, and wanted to have significantly more hp
for the street but not a high rpm 1275 race engine, what engine would
you transplant into it?
