APPENDIX "A"
Formula for Rendering Garments Flame-Resistant
In one gallon of hot water, dissolve 10 ounces of Borax and 8 ounces of Boric
Acid. Dip and soak garments in this solution at least three times, allowing
garments to dry completely between dippings.
IMPORTANT NOTE-This treatment is water soluble, and must be repeated after
each washing or dry-cleaning of the treated garments.
