Pete,
Last time I contacted the SCCA they were still selling a compilation of the
1965-1972 GCR rule books called the Historic GCR (not the Vintage GCR, which
is the ones from the 1950s). Call the SCCA and ask for the Club Racing
Division and tell them you want a Historic GCR.
