I've got to agree with Chuck.  I had my motor build two years ago by one of
the best engine builders in the States.  All in the motor cost me about $6K.
The actual build cost to the builder was $500.  All of the other charges were
for acquisition of the parts and for machining.  I can't possibly build as
good a motor for $500.
