Seems that Ed Swart had started an HSR West......HSR has no web site so I'm looking for info on their rules, regs., philosophy, groups, etc. Seems to me from with I read in Vic. Lane and the pix there that they run newer(post 72) cars and have a wings and slicks open wheel group......any info appreciated..........thanks, Ted Smith |
