Funny you should ask...

Just finished putting up the tree for a party this weekend, consisting of a
number of racers attendees...

Tree is car themed...instead of ornaments, uses all model cars (1/32 & smaller
scale)...some Hallmark types with Santas and presents and XMAS trees on-board.
Others have bows hot glued to the roof to provide a place to attach a hook.
Selection includes Ferraris, Vipers, Prowlers, vintage trucks, Mustangs,
Porsches, Vettes, even a low-rider, etc. Used spark plugs also find a place
on the tree, and have a few scale crash-test dummies scattered around, as well
as an assortment of minature racing flags. Of course the tree top is adorned
with the chequered flag. No train around the bottom this year, a slot car set
will be set up to scare the cats.

Anyone have any more car-part ornament ideas for me?? The old bent front
fender I have is too big for the tree.......and the neighbors will get pissed
if I rip off all their 3-pointed stars......
