The time honored unit for this application is the Quaife. You can
buy one new from Moss or other vendors for around $1K. You used
to be able to buy them new from the Dimebank Garage for around
$600, but I couldn't move enough to justify having them on
the shelf.
JAE, in Goleta, has good relations with Quaife and can special
order you one at about the same price I used to charge. There
are some restrictions - you can't run a 3.27 ratio (probably
not a problem) and I think that it doesn't fit the earliest
diff cases (probably also not a problem for your Vixen).
