I concur with the wear cotton underneath view, as in the brand
Jockey for Her. Sporting goods stores should carry an assortment of
cotton sports bras, etc. People working out need to wear absorbent
breathable material, not Nylon.

Besides, Nomex is a great stretch fabric. All you have to do is buy
her a Nomex top that's about 2 sizes too small. The grin will never
leave your face. ;=)
