Jack, 
VSCCA allows radials, or whatever tire was stock on the car... We are
not limited to Dunlops. HOWEVER, the VSCCA tire rules are quite specific
about width, i.e. very miniscule deviation from stock. I will print the
aforesaid rules in their entirety if anyone is interested.
