Also, just a quick clarification, since this group goes to people
everywhere that might not be familiar with the US east coast - and
because the entry just came in the mail - What goes on at the Lime Rock
Fall Festival Labor Day should not be taken as any indication of what is
permitted by VSCCA. That event runs under Lime Rock's (and the event's
own) rules, not strictly VSCCA's. Charlie Gibson runs a terrific event,
but it allows many, many more cars than would ever be VSCCA legal.
That's OK for this event (I think it's one of the best race weekends
going.)
Apologies to those of you who are familiar with the event, but it may be
confusing to some since it is "sanctioned" by VSCCA, sort of.
